Our store has been open for over a day now, and things are going swimmingly well!
We've been asked a few times about tracking your orders from the old store in the new store, so I wanted to clear a few things up about that:
- Accounts did not transfer from the old store. There was not a clean way to do that. You will need to create a new account for any orders in the new store.
- The old store did not track order status! You would have received a shipping email with tracking number when your order shipped. Note that international orders can easily take 3+ weeks to arrive - especially if First Class was the selected shipping method. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us (using the Contact Us at the bottom of every page) and we'll help you with that.
