Payment Options
Ookoodook accepts the following major credit cards: Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. Payment is made in full immediately upon placing the order.
Shipping Details
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. We ship only Priority for both domestic and international orders. When orders are shipped, customers will be sent an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used at usps.com to follow your order.
Canceling and Returning Orders
Orders that are canceled before they are shipped from our warehouse will be refunded in full. Orders canceled after they have been shipped can be returned at the recipient's expense and refunds given for the product(s) less the price of shipping and handling.
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products returned due to damage during shpping will be replaced at Ookoodook's expense. Ookoodook may request pictures of the damage to be used by us for seeking reimbursement from the postal service. In some instances (normally for orders outside the U.S.), the postal service may require that the recipient initiate the claim against the postal service. In these cases, Ookoodook may not send a replacement product until the proper channels have been followed with the international postal service.
In the case that an incomplete order is sent, Ookoodook will ship the remaining items at our expense.
In the case that an incorrect order is sent, Ookoodook will send the correct order at our expense. We will also require that the incorrect products be returned, at our expense (we will provide shipping labels).
Product returned for other reasons will be refunded the price of the product minus the cost of shipping and handling. In this case the recipient will pay shipping to return the item.
Product sold as Scratch and Dent cannot be replaced as damaged, except at Ookoodook's discretion. Scratch and Dent products can be returned at the recipient's expense, and the a refund will be issued, less the cost of the shipping and handling.
Refunds will not be issued for items damaged outside of shipping.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt at Ookoodook of the returned products.
