IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS! When your order ships, you will receive an email with a customs number that can be used for tracking (at www.usps.com). It is very important that you check your order's progress on a regular basis. Once your order leaves the U.S., it is out of the hands of the United States Postal Service, and we have found that sometimes foreign delivery services are not good about leaving notice with customers that their package is ready for pickup. Often the service in your country will hold the order for a few weeks and then simply return it to us if not claimed.

Q: Do you ship to <insert your country name here>?
A:
Almost certainly; we ship world-wide. The best way to determine if we ship to your country is to add the products you want to your shopping cart and begin checkout. If you're able to enter your address, then we'll ship to you.

Q: How much will shipping cost to <insert your country name here>?
A:
That depends on where you live. The best way to find out how much shipping will cost is to add the products you want to the cart and then click View Cart. You will

Note that generally just a single book will safely fit into an envelope. Multiple books, game, or other products generally require we ship in a box.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A:
The answers below are from the usps.com website. Our experience shows that international orders can take 1-2 weeks longer than listed.

U.S. Priority: 2-3 days
Priority Mail International: 6-10 days
U.S. First Class (13 oz. liimit): 3 days
International First Class (4 lb. limit): varies by destination, but much slower than Priority

Q: What should I do if my package does not come in the alloted time?
A:
Wait a week longer than listed above, then let us know by emailing us at ship.manager@ookoodook.com.

Q: Why doesn't my tracking information get updated on usps.com?
A:
USPS has gotten much better about updating tracking information on their site, but there can still occasionally be problems.

Q: Is there better tracking information once the package gets to <insert your country name here>?
A:
In Canada you can use canapost.ca. In Great Britain, try parcelforce.com. We also have links for Germany and Denmark. This Wikipedia article also lists several national postal services. If you have information on tracking in other countries, let us know.

Q: What do you do with personal information entered for orders?
A:
Er, we use it to ship your order to you... Oh, you mean what ELSE do we do with it? We won't use your personal information (including email, address or phone number) outside the company. Beyond using it to ship your package, we'll email you with questions about your order and periodically (no more than 4-5 per year) send you a newsletter announcing new products.
